Located conveniently near a medical clinic and markers, guests can easily find what they need nearby. the hotel staff, despite some language barriers, are professional, helpful, and patient. the rooms are exceptionally clean, and the breakfast, once understood, serves delicious vegetarian options.
The hotel's wifi connection is poor which makes it difficult to use the internet, and the showers tend to flood the bathroom floors due to broken doors.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the professional and helpful staff. Although some staff members didn't speak fluent English, they were patient and kind in trying to assist us. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, and we particularly enjoyed the healthy breakfast options with fresh salad and fruits. the hotel's location was ideal, close to medical clinics and shopping centers.
There were a few disappointing aspects to our stay. The shower room didn't close tightly, resulting in floods on the bathroom floor, and the toilets had broken buttons.

I had an amazing stay at this exclusive venue. the Spa & wellness center provided exceptional service with luxuriously relaxing massages and steam room indulgence. Not to mention the indoor swimming pool, which was nothing short of extravagant.
The restaurant service was slow at times, and I found myself waiting longer than expected for my in-room breakfast. the staff's friendliness and attentiveness made up for this minor issue.

We appreciated the central location which offered easy access to nearby shops and clinics. the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. We also liked that the staff was helpful and accommodating by switching our room when we complained about the noise.
The hotel had a strong lingering smell of smoke that made it difficult to sleep and caused discomfort, especially for my pregnant partner. the shower room had poor sealing which led to flooding, and the toilet buttons were hard to operate.
